It is important to determine
whether the matter is a term or not as once a matter is being marked as a term,
it is ‘as of right’ which can be claimed & not like ‘as a privilege’ which
cannot be claimed.

There are 4 sources of terms that
can be referred to:

Handbook

Collective agreement
iv.
Others (offer letter / consensus
during interview / other related doct)
